We realize your vacation time is very precious to you and our desire is to make you feel well taken care of during your stay. Unfortunately, changes to your plans may occur. Bed & Breakfasts have a mostly leisure-based clientele, who often book far in advance for specific accommodations.

• RATES: Rates are based on double occupancy.  New Hampshire Fall Foliage rates apply from mid-September to mid-October based on peak foliage.
• BREAKFAST:  Breakfast is included for Farmhouse B&B guests only. Cottage guests may purchase breakfast baskets to prepare in thier private cottage kitchenette.

• CANCELLATION AND EARLY DEPARTURE GUIDELINES                                                                                                                           We are a small business and cancellations affect us dramatically. If you have any concerns about possibly having to cancel, we do recommend inexpensive trip cancellation insurance.No advance deposits are required (only a credit card guarantee). Full payment is due the day you arrive. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. We have a 14 day cancellation policy with no cancellation fee charged. For cancellations 14 days or less, provided that the room is rebooked for all nights of the reservation no charge will be incurred provided the room is rebooked. IF THE ROOM IS NOT REBOOKED FOR ALL DATES, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ENTIRE INTENDED STAY. Guests arriving after or departing before dates reserved, and those who fail to show, are responsible for the entire stay.
• CHECK IN TIME: 3 PM-6 PM (Please call If outside these hours) Check Out Time: 11 AM.
• PETS: Pets are not permitted in the main farmhouse. Pets are permitted in 2 of our cottages.
• EXTRA POSSIBLE CHARGES:
  • $20 fee for lost key.
  • One time $25 per dog fee
  • $25/day extra persons fee 12 or older.
• SMOKING POLICY: Bishop Farm operates a strict no smoking policy in all rooms and common areas. Guests may enjoy cigarette or cigar outside buildings away from window and doors. Bishop Farm reserves the right to charge $125.00 for the cleaning of the room and loss of business for 24 hours after the guest has departed in order to clear the room of smoke before re-letting to a non-smoking guest.
